Cloud & Infrastructure Solutions

Digital Armour were one of the first providers in Australia to start the implementation of cloud solutions for customers large and small.

We have a significant expertise in migrating customers to the cloud, be it, Private Cloud (Infrastructure As A Service (IaaS)), Software As A Service (SaaS): Office 365, Hosted Exchange, Hosted SharePoint, Disaster Recovery in the Cloud or Co-location of servers.

With the fast adoption of cloud in the Australian market (see article below), Digital Armour are set to provide the best expertise in the country for migration to cloud solutions, be it servers, email or even telephony in the cloud.

Australia’s cloud communications market to reach $650M by 2020” technology analyst firm telsyte has released a new research report Australian Enterprise communications Market Study 2016 that shows more Australian businesses are adopting modern communications options, including cloud services, transforming traditional voice calls into unified communications (UC)

There is also a shift in how enterprise communications services are being procured – where the customer does not own or manage PABX equipment – will exceed 30 per cent penetration by 2020. This is being driven by more options from traditional telco and non-telco service providers and will represent a market value exceeding $650M.

Telsyte forecasts UC to grow strongly in 2017 as organisations look to refresh both legacy TDM and IP-based infrastructure.

Here’s a closer look at some of the solutions we can offer you:

Dedicated Cloud (Infrastructure As A Service – IaaS)

You will find a secure, reliable and sustainable server environment with the Telstra data centres.  Defined level agreements along with 24/7 technical support ensure that your needs will always be met.

There are options to choose from and we can help you find the right virtual server option that suits your business the best – either shared or dedicated machines in data centres in Australia or international locations.  You can even choose to go with both, and run them in the same virtual data centre.

You will find security, reliability and performance already built in.  All that is left for you is to run the applications that you need, and access your virtual servers through your private network and internet.

Virtual Servers On Shared Compute

With Telstra’s subscription and pay-as-you-go virtual server plans, our customers can get access to a wide variety of Microsoft and Linux operating systems.

You’ll be able to create pre-defined operating systems with our virtual servers. As an added benefit, you will find that you can also improve your business productivity by adding any number of competitively priced Microsoft applications to your virtual server.

Virtual Servers On Dedicated Compute:

Do you need virtual servers to support a large project?

Do you want more secure storage and greater processing power, but with lower capital investments and reduced operating costs?  This just may be the solution you have been looking for.

When you choose virtual servers on dedicated compute in our data centres in Australia or international locations, you can manage them yourself or we can manage them for you.  You can then select from a range of storage, backup, restore and security options to suit your business needs.

We manage the physical server environment to defined service level agreements.

Scale Up or Scale Down – The choice is up to you!

This is one of the most flexible solutions you’ll find. You can add or remove hardware on request, and blades can be virtualised into multiple virtual servers.

This means you can deploy powerful computing resources without the expense and complications of internal provisioning, and services can be switched on and off as needed.
