Where the Hours Went
Webinar | 17th September | 11:30 am – 12:00 pm AEDT
Your best engineers are not engineering. They are assembling tender responses, drafting reports, and cross-checking specifications against standards. In most consultancies that is 30 to 40% of a senior week, and almost none of it is work a client will happily pay for.
You cannot hire your way out of it. The talent is not there and the margin will not carry it.
On 17/09/2026 we are running a 45 minute session showing what Australian consultancies have actually recovered using AI agents, with real numbers, not projections.
Umwelt will be on the call. Not presenting a case study. Answering three questions live: what they tried first that failed, what changed for their people, and what they would do differently. That last answer is worth the 45 minutes on its own.
You will see three agents running live:
- Tender and bid response drafted from your own past submissions, capability statements, and CVs
- Site and technical reports built from field notes and raw data, with human review and sign off kept intact
- Compliance and standards checking across drawings, specifications, and assessments, flagging gaps before a reviewer does
For each one we show the before, the live demonstration, the measured result, and what it cost to build. No slideware.
This is for you if you run or lead an Australian engineering or environmental consultancy of 50 to 500 people, and you are carrying more work than capacity.
It is not for you if you want a general AI briefing. This session is specific, and it assumes you already believe the technology works and want to know what it returns.
